What we do with your details
What the contact form collects, how visits to this site are counted, and how long anything is kept. It is short, because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Bilal Faruk Özdemir, based in Türkiye. Vitrincim is the name the work is done under; it is not yet a registered company, so the person legally responsible for your data is Bilal Faruk Özdemir. You can reach us at info@vitrincim.com.
What the contact form collects
Only what you type into it:
- Your email address — so we can reply. It is the only required personal detail on the English form; no phone number is asked for.
- Your company name or website — so we know what we are looking at.
- What you need — free text, optional. Please do not put passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information in it; a quote does not need them.
If you write to us directly on WhatsApp or by email, we have only what you write and what that app shows us (your name, your number or address).
Why, and on what basis
One reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if you want, prepare a quote. The basis is the enquiry itself and the consent you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and your details are deleted when you do.
We do not add you to any mailing list, send bulk messages or contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
How visits are counted
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit which page. It does not use cookies and does not identify you as a person. What it records is the page address, the site you came from, a rough location (country, city), device type, operating system and browser. To avoid counting the same visitor twice in a day, a hashed value is derived from the request; it is discarded after 24 hours and is not linked to your IP address.
The WhatsApp buttons on this site pass through a short redirect page before opening WhatsApp. That lets the same count answer “how many people clicked to message us” without any extra tracking. What you write on WhatsApp is not part of it.
No advertising trackers, and nothing that links your visit to other sites.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell or hand your details to anyone. Technically, they pass through two service providers:
- Vercel — hosts the site and counts visits.
- Resend — delivers the form to us as an email.
Some of their servers are outside Türkiye, so your details cross borders in transit. The consent on the form covers this. If you would rather it did not, write to us directly instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
If no work starts
Form details are kept for at most 90 days, to allow for talking through a quote and thinking it over. After that they are deleted. If you want them gone sooner, just ask.
If we start working together
Then your details are no longer held under this consent but because we have work in progress: what is needed to do the work, register a domain in your name and reach you stays for as long as the work runs. Withdrawing the consent on this page does not erase the details of an ongoing project. Once invoices are issued, tax and commercial record-keeping periods will also apply; they will be added here when that happens.
Visit counts
The hashed value used to tell visitors apart is discarded after 24 hours. Aggregate counts (which page, how many visits) stay in Vercel’s dashboard and identify no one.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold data about you, what it is and what it was used for, and have it corrected, deleted, or your consent withdrawn. Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) gives you these rights, and we honour them wherever you are writing from.
To use any of them, write to info@vitrincim.com. No form, no formal request. We are required to respond within 30 days; in practice we answer much sooner.
