Tell me about the project, I will tell you what I would do
The first conversation is free and is not a sales call. You get a straight answer about scope and approach — even if the answer is that you do not need me.
Tell me what you are building
Send me the details and I will reply with what I would actually do — scope, approach, and anything I think is a bad idea. If it is not a good fit I will say that too.
Prefer plain email? bilalfarukozdemir@gmail.com reaches me directly.
These make the first reply far more useful
None of it is required. But if you have them to hand, I can be concrete about scope and price in the first message instead of the third.
- What the site is for — leads, bookings, sales, or credibility. They pull the design in different directions.
- Your current site, if there is one, and what specifically bothers you about it
- Languages and markets — which countries you sell to, and in which languages people search for you
- Who maintains it after launch — you, your team, or nobody. This changes what I build more than anything else on this list.
- Your deadline, even a rough one
Working across time zones
I work from Türkiye (UTC+3) and remotely by default — this has never needed to be face to face. That puts my working day fully inside European hours and overlapping the US morning.
You deal with me directly. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the code, which mostly means answers arrive faster and nothing gets lost in relay.
