Privacy Policy — Kingdom Deliverance

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Kingdom Deliverance ("the game") is developed and published by Vitrincim (Bilal Faruk Özdemir).

The short version

The game stores progress and settings locally on your device. It also keeps a playtest report that is sent to Vitrincim for gameplay analysis, described below. On Android, a small game server run by Vitrincim keeps your entry in the in-game leaderboard and, when you use Google Play Games, your ad-free rewards (both described below). The Android build includes Google AdMob, which can show an optional rewarded video after a won wave; the player must choose to watch it, and the gold shown for that wave is then 3×. No ad starts on its own, and skipping or closing one never removes the wave's normal gold reward. Google AdMob is the only advertising technology in the game. Optional in-app purchases (gold packs and ad-free rewards) are handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

What is stored on your device

Your progress (the wave you reached, gold, upgrades and heroes), your settings (sound, music, vibration, screen shake, damage numbers and language), and whether you have seen the one-time hints are saved in the app's local storage on your device. Vitrincim does not receive this local save; only the few values described under In-app purchases and Leaderboard are sent to the game server. Uninstalling the app normally deletes the local save.

In-app purchases

The Android build offers optional one-time purchases: gold packs and ad-free rewards (a number of rewards, or permanently, that pay the 3× gold and the wandering merchant without watching an ad). Purchases are made through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment, your payment details and your purchase history under its own Privacy Policy; Vitrincim does not receive your card or payment information.

Since version 0.1.16, every purchase is confirmed by our game server before it is delivered. The game sends the Google Play purchase token and product ID to the server, which asks Google Play whether it was paid and records each token once, so a purchase is delivered only once. Counted ad-free rewards are kept on the server and linked to your Google Play Games player, so they cannot be changed by editing the device. The server stores the purchase token, product ID, Google Play order ID, the number of remaining rewards and timestamps, under a pseudonymous account code computed from your Play Games player ID (the Play Games ID itself is not stored). Gold packs are added to your local save; the permanent pack is checked with Google Play each time the game starts and can be restored on a new device with "Restore purchases" in the shop. Purchase data is not part of the playtest reports and is not used for advertising.

Leaderboard

The Android build has an in-game leaderboard of the highest won wave, opened from the cup button beside the shop. Since version 0.1.22 you do not need Google Play Games to appear on it. The game sends your highest won wave and your castle and archer levels to the game server. If you are not signed in to Play Games, the game creates a random key on your device and the server derives a pseudonymous account code from it; this key is not your Android Advertising ID, a hardware identifier or your Google identity. If you later sign in to Play Games on the same device, the key is sent once so that your two leaderboard entries are merged (the higher wave is kept and the anonymous entry is hidden). The server counts waves gradually and uses the levels only to spot implausible progress; such entries are hidden from other players.

Players appear under a nickname they choose in the game (3–16 characters; offensive names are refused) or, until they choose one, as "Player" with a four-digit number. The server stores the nickname, the pseudonymous account code, the counted and reported waves, the castle and archer levels and timestamps; for Play Games players it also keeps the gamer name received at sign-in, which is not shown to other players. Other players see the top 50 entries with nickname (or player number) and wave; your own rank is shown to you.

Leaderboard data is kept while the leaderboard is offered and is not used for advertising. To have your entry removed, email the contact below with your nickname. Clearing the app's data removes the device key; a new key starts a new, empty entry.

Playtest reports

The game records button attempts, purchases and upgrades, hero placement, abilities, auto/speed choices, wave starts/results and app background/foreground transitions to help evaluate balance and usability. Reports include the app version, wave and battle/intermission state, game gold/MP and upgrade levels, action outcome, timestamps and elapsed times. Random installation, session and playthrough IDs group events; they are not your Android Advertising ID or Play Games identity. They can distinguish repeated sessions, so we do not describe these reports as fully anonymous. Since version 0.1.22 the report carries your leaderboard nickname once you have chosen one (see Leaderboard); it is not a verified identity and is not linked to your Google account. No email, contact list, location, screen recording or complete game save is included in this developer playtest report.

Reports are stored separately from game progress on your device. Storage is bounded: older events may be removed and the report counts how many were omitted. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local report and progress.

Since version 0.1.22, sharing is part of the game and can no longer be switched off in Settings (earlier versions let you turn it off; a stored off preference no longer applies). Recorded events are sent over HTTPS to Vitrincim's playtest project hosted by Supabase for gameplay analysis, not advertising. Offline events wait locally and retry. Since 14 October 2026, uploaded events are kept until you ask us to delete them, so that balance and the timing of optional ad offers can be studied as more players join; they are not removed automatically after a fixed period. Supabase may process network and service logs as part of hosting; we do not add your IP address to the gameplay event table. To have your uploaded events deleted, email the contact below with your leaderboard nickname; all events and the nickname for that installation are then deleted from the server. If you prefer that no playtest data is sent, please do not use the game.

The events also record when an optional rewarded-ad offer (the 3× gold button or the wandering merchant) appears and what happens to it: tapped, reward earned, closed without reward, or no ad available. Lost waves include whether it was a boss wave and how much castle health remained. Your device model, country, Advertising ID and system settings are not part of these reports.

Google Play Games Services

On Android, the game uses Google Play Games Services to attempt platform authentication when the game starts. Google Play Games Services may automatically collect or process gamer identity (such as a gamer tag and avatar), analytics used to improve the service, and diagnostic information used to troubleshoot it.

Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy and the player's Play Games privacy settings. The game unlocks Play Games achievements for progress milestones. With your permission through Play Games, the game's server receives a one-time code from Google to confirm your player ID and gamer name, used only for purchases and the in-game leaderboard described above (the gamer name is not shown on it). The game does not use Play Games leaderboards, friends lists or Saved Games, and it does not request your email address. Players can manage or delete their Play Games profile and per-game data through their Google Account and Play Games settings.

Permissions and network capability

The Android package includes the INTERNET and VIBRATEpermissions. Playtest sharing also uses internet access. Internet access is used by Google Play Games Services and by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which is part of the Android build. Vibration is used only for optional hit and victory feedback when you leave the vibration setting on.

Optional Google Mobile Ads

The Android build includes Google AdMob, configured with the publisher's own ad unit, and can show an optional rewarded video at the wave-result screen. No ad starts automatically; declining or closing it does not remove the wave's normal gold reward. The extra gold is granted only when Google reports that the reward was earned, and it makes the gold shown for that wave 3×. Development builds use Google's sample test ad IDs instead of the publisher's own.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers such as Android Advertising ID or App Set ID for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related privacy choices. Google processes this data under its own policies. The game does not send save data, game gold, progress, or Play Games identity to the ads SDK. Google's UMP consent form is shown before an ad request when required; Settings exposes Google's privacy-options form when required.

See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure and Privacy Policy for details.

Children

The game is rated for ages 13 and over. It contains cartoon fantasy violence (pixel goblins, arrows and spells) and no real-world imagery.

Third parties

Google Play Games Services is used for sign-in. Google Play Billing handles optional in-app purchases. The game server (purchase checks, ad-free rewards and the leaderboard) and playtest sharing are hosted by Supabase in the EU. Google Mobile Ads is included in the Android build and is used only after the player chooses the rewarded-video option at the wave-result screen. Sounds and music come from Pixabay and are included as local game assets; Pixabay does not run as a service inside the game.

Changes

If the game's data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed version is released.
